At Trinity Care Associates, we believe that everyone should be treated like family, and with that, our vision is a facility where we would be proud to serve our own loved ones and family members. Each individual that we serve, our goal is to help provide them hope and high quality, evidence- based programming, valuing, enriching and collaborating with our staff, our clients and our communities. We also aim to transform lives by providing funding to build residential housing and skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities to enable African-Americans, Hispanics, and other minorities’ culturally diverse population to live in their own homes and/or receive skilled in their community.
