COVID-19 UPDATE: Clinicians in our Outpatient Centers are seeing clients virtually – by video or phone. We are also taking new clients. Call the Outpatient Center nearest you – phone numbers are listed below on the right – and we will get you set up.

Trinity Care Services Your child and a Trinity Care clinician can participate in virtual therapy or psychiatry appointments using secure, easy-to-use video-conferencing technology. There are many benefits to this type of therapy (flexibility, comfort, reduces transportation issues) and results have been proven to be comparable to in-person therapy. Watch the video to see if it might be a good fit for your family.

Program Overview For young people who are struggling with a variety of mental or behavioral health issues, Trinity Care offers a variety of counseling for children and their families. Our Outpatient Centers offer comprehensive mental health services in comfortable and professional settings. When more intensive services are needed, we also have a team that can provide therapy for children and families in the child’s home.

Whether it’s a young woman struggling with depression, a teenager experiencing suicidal thoughts, or a family having difficulty with a child’s social interactions, our outpatient centers provide the assistance needed. We offer Outpatient counseling for children and families at locations in Lynnfield, Newton, Norwood, Upton, Cambridge, and Somerville.

Family is at the Center of Our Work Meeting a family’s needs can become stressful when a child experiences symptoms of mental health issues, behavioral or social problems. Our clinicians are caring and empathetic experts in a broad range of issues that a child or their family may experience. We encourage family participation in most cases to broaden the understanding and encourage healing of the entire family unit.

Our Expertise Our clinicians have extensive experience in many areas. They understand that when your child hurts, so does the entire family. We will work with your family as a whole to provide new strategies and techniques to help you cope with whatever the issues may be. Trinity Care Outpatient Centers offer individual, group, and in-home therapy. When appropriate and combined with counseling, medication can also be an integral part of the therapeutic process. Our prescribers can help families navigate this process with a unified and integrated treatment plan.
